We currently ship within the United States. Most orders ship the next business day with secure, item-appropriate packaging. Trading cards go out in sleeves, top loaders or semi-rigids, and reinforced packaging when appropriate. Sealed products, collectibles, electronics, toys, and fragile items are packed with protective materials to help them arrive safely.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping unless otherwise noted. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated or flat-rate depending on the product. Oversized, heavy, fragile, or unusually valuable items may be excluded from the free-shipping threshold.

Returns & condition

PullChasers works hard to provide accurate photos, clear descriptions, and honest condition notes. Most collectible items are sold as shown, and the exact item pictured is the item you receive unless otherwise stated.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if an item is not as described, arrives damaged, or there is an issue with the order. Items must be returned in the same condition received. Trading cards, graded slabs, sealed products, live-break items, rip-and-ship items, and consignment items are generally sold as-is unless there is a listing error or fulfillment issue.

Raw trading cards are sold as ungraded — we do not guarantee future grading outcomes. Graded cards and slabs are sold based on the grade and certification shown. Sealed products must remain sealed to be eligible for return consideration.

Authenticity

PullChasers does not knowingly sell counterfeit items. We inspect items before listing and disclose visible condition issues when known. For graded cards, buyers should rely on the certification company, grade, cert number, and slab shown in the listing photos. For raw cards and collectibles, please review all photos carefully before purchase.
